At the forefront of the industry, we have developed a revolutionary pressureless sintering process for SB4C and designed our state-of-the-art sintering furnace, equipped with sophisticated temperature field control technology. This breakthrough process enhances the output of a single furnace by an incredible tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by half, and lowers costs by over 60% compared to the conventional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering advancements have been acknowledged with three prestigious invention patents.
• High Purity Standards
As trailblazers in the field, we devised an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process technology, complete with proprietary equipment for powder grinding and advanced grinding media. This breakthrough enables us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an outstanding purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This remarkable accomplishment has been acknowledged with two invention patents, reflecting our dedication to superior quality.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) stands as a beacon of innovation and efficiency, boasting a full-spectrum, comprehensive production prowess in the realm of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our impressive annual production capabilities include a staggering 800 tons of boron carbide sinters and an exceptional 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters. Moreover, we adeptly produce 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts, ensuring that we are more than equipped to meet a wide array of diverse customer demands with unrivaled consistency and quality.
Our state-of-the-art infrastructure is a testament to our commitment to excellence and innovation, featuring 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines and 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines. We also operate 70 high-efficiency sintering lines, alongside 5 precise PE plate pressing lines and 2 cutting-edge PE plate cutting lines. Additionally, we employ 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring that our production process is seamless, efficient, and primed for delivering superior quality products.
