This is coupled with our custom-engineered sintering furnace, featuring state-of-the-art temperature field control technology. This breakthrough not only amplifies the output of a single furnace by an astounding tenfold but also significantly reduces the sintering cycle time by half. This results in a remarkable cost reduction of more than 60% when compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our revolutionary process has earned recognition through three invention patents, highlighting our dedication to innovation and efficiency.
•High Purity
As leaders in high-purity ceramics, we have developed a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder process technology. In conjunction with our proprietary powder grinding equipment and sophisticated grinding media, we produce nano-boron carbide powder of remarkable purity, reaching an outstanding 99% purity level with a particle size of D50≤150nm. Our pioneering work in this field has been acknowledged with two invention patents, further solidifying our leading position in the sphere of ceramic innovation.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) proudly delivers an expansive and versatile production capability, covering the entire range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. With an impressive annual capacity of 800 tons for boron carbide sinters and 1,000 tons for silicon carbide sinters, coupled with the proficiency to manufacture 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts, we are perfectly positioned to fulfill large-scale demands with remarkable efficiency.
Our cutting-edge facilities encompass 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 robust sintering lines, 5 efficient PE plate pressing lines, along with 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines. These facilities ensure our readiness and capability for extensive, high-volume production.
