This breakthrough not only amplifies the output of a single furnace by an astounding tenfold but also reduces the sintering cycle time by half, slashing production costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering techniques. Our revolutionary process has earned three esteemed invention patents.

Spearheading advancements in high-purity ceramics, we've developed a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder process technology. In conjunction with our exclusive powder grinding equipment and superior grinding media, we manufacture nano-boron carbide powder of extraordinary purity, reaching an impressive 99% purity level with a particle size of D50≤150nm. Our pioneering achievements have been rewarded with two invention patents, solidifying our leadership in ceramic innovation.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) is proud to present an unmatched production prowess, covering the full range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and advanced inserts. Our annual production capabilities are astounding: 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1,000 tons of high-grade silicon carbide sinters, and an impressive capacity to deliver 600,000 sets of intricately designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts. This enables us to seamlessly cater to extensive and varied demands with precision and excellence.
Our cutting-edge manufacturing facilities are second to none, featuring 7 high-efficiency ceramic powder production lines, 8 specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sophisticated sintering lines, complemented by 5 PE plate pressing stations, 2 precision PE plate cutting units, and 2 advanced hot pressing compositing lines. These elements harmonize to empower us for extensive, high-quality production on a grand scale.
