Revolutionizing the sintering landscape, we have engineered an advanced pressureless sintering process for SB4C, alongside a state-of-the-art sintering furnace with impeccable temperature precision. This breakthrough amplifies furnace output by tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle by half, and curtails costs by an impressive 60% compared to conventional techniques. Our innovative processes have been honored with three invention patents, solidifying our leadership in cost-efficiency.

•High Purity
As industry pioneers, we have masterfully perfected a nano-boron carbide powder process and developed proprietary grinding equipment with cutting-edge media. This enables us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching an exceptional 99% purity and a particle size of D50≤150nm. Our groundbreaking achievements have been recognized with two invention patents.

Larger Capacity

Jicheng (JCC) excels with a comprehensive production capacity that spans the entire protection ceramics spectrum, including PE plates and inserts. Our commanding annual production includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of sophisticated multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

Our cutting-edge facilities encompass 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring a robust supply chain and seamless delivery.
