This cutting-edge innovation enhances the output of a single furnace by a remarkable tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by half, and dramatically cuts costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our trailblazing process has been recognized with three invention patents, underscoring our commitment to cost-effective excellence.

As true innovators, we have developed a new nano-boron carbide powder process technology and designed proprietary powder grinding equipment utilizing advanced grinding media. This technological breakthrough empowers us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an exceptional purity level of up to 99% with a fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This remarkable advancement has been honored with two invention patents, reinforcing our reputation for precision and quality.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) proudly offers an extensive and comprehensive production capacity, spanning protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our annual production capabilities are impressive, including 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and a remarkable 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts. Our vast infrastructure is adeptly designed to support a diverse array of production requirements, ensuring we meet the demands of our clients with exceptional efficiency.
Our state-of-the-art production facilities feature 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, a total of 70 cutting-edge sintering lines, 5 efficient PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines. This robust and well-orchestrated setup empowers us to achieve efficient, scalable manufacturing, adapting swiftly to the evolving needs of the market.
