•Lower Cost
We have led the charge in developing an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C, creating a cutting-edge sintering furnace equipped with advanced temperature field control technology. This process significantly increases the output of a single furnace tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle in half, and slashes costs by over 60% when compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. This pioneering effort has garnered three invention patents.

•High Purity
Charting new territories, we invented a groundbreaking nano-boron carbide powder process and engineered bespoke powder grinding equipment alongside state-of-the-art grinding media. This achievement enables us to produce extraordinarily high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching a staggering 99% purity with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. We are proud to hold two invention patents for this extraordinary feat.

Jicheng (JCC) showcases an impressive production capacity covering the full spectrum of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. With an annual production capability of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts, we are prepared to meet diverse demands.

Our extensive infrastructure includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring robust production capabilities.
