Pioneering innovation in ceramics, Jicheng was the first to perfect the pressureless sintered B4C formula. This revolutionary advancement has resulted in boron carbide ceramics that exhibit exceptional hardness, strength, and toughness, making them perfect for body and vehicle armor protection. Our trailblazing work has been honored with two invention patents.

Lower Cost
Leading the field, we developed a new pressureless sintering process for SB4C and designed an advanced sintering furnace with precise temperature field control. This innovation increases furnace output by tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by 50%, and lowers costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering. Our innovative process has garnered three invention patents.

•High Purity
As pioneers, we invented a nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed proprietary grinding equipment with advanced media. This enables us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with up to 99% purity and a particle size of D50≤150nm. We proudly hold two invention patents for this achievement.
Larger Capacity
High-Performance Hard Plate Body Armor Featuring Composite Ceramic
Jicheng (JCC) boasts a comprehensive production capacity for protective ceramics, including PE plates and inserts. Our annual production capacity includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

We operate 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
