Jicheng Technology is leading the charge in the creation of an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C. We developed an advanced sintering furnace equipped with precise temperature field control technology. This state-of-the-art advancement has significantly increased the output of a single furnace tenfold, halved the sintering cycle, and dramatically slashed costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our trailblazing process has garnered three esteemed invention patents.
•High Purity
As true innovators, we have developed a revolutionary new nano-boron carbide powder process technology. We designed proprietary powder grinding equipment integrated with advanced grinding media. This groundbreaking achievement allows us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching an impressive purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This technological advancement has been awarded two prestigious invention patents.

Jicheng (JCC) proudly stands at the forefront of manufacturing excellence with an expansive and unparalleled production capacity for protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our advanced facilities are equipped to deliver an impressive annual output of 800 tons of highly durable boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of precision-engineered silicon carbide sinters, and a staggering 600,000 sets of expertly crafted multi-curved boron carbide inserts. With our extensive infrastructure, we seamlessly accommodate a wide array of production needs, ensuring unmatched quality and reliability.
Our state-of-the-art production facilities are a testament to our dedication to efficiency and scalability. We house 7 cutting-edge ceramic powder production lines, 8 advanced multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 high-tech sintering lines, 5 precision-engineered PE plate pressing lines, alongside 2 meticulous PE plate cutting lines, and 2 sophisticated hot pressing compositing lines. This robust and integrated setup empowers us to meet the diverse and dynamic demands of modern manufacturing with remarkable precision and agility.
