•Lower Cost
We led a groundbreaking initiative to create an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and developed an advanced sintering furnace with state-of-the-art temperature field control technology. This revolutionary advancement increases the output of a single furnace tenfold, reduces the sintering cycle by half, and decreases costs by more than 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering process has achieved recognition with three invention patents, positioning us as industry leaders in cost-efficiency and innovation.
•High Purity
As trailblazers in the field, we engineered a novel nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed proprietary powder grinding equipment featuring advanced grinding media. This exceptional breakthrough enables the production of high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, boasting an impressive purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Recognized with two invention patents, this technological marvel exemplifies our commitment to excellence and innovation.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) stands at the forefront with a formidable production capacity, specializing in cutting-edge protection ceramics, PE plates, and state-of-the-art inserts. Our annual production capabilities are truly impressive, with the ability to produce a staggering 800 tons of high-density boron carbide sinters, a remarkable 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of precision-engineered multi-curved boron carbide inserts. Our expansive infrastructure is meticulously designed to accommodate a vast array of production demands, ensuring we meet your needs with unparalleled efficiency and expertise.
At the core of our operations are our advanced production facilities, which include 7 highly sophisticated ceramic powder production lines, 8 cutting-edge multi-curved ceramic plate lines, and 70 state-of-the-art sintering lines. Additionally, we have 5 dedicated PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 innovative hot pressing compositing lines. This comprehensive and robust setup empowers us to execute efficient, scalable manufacturing processes, delivering excellence in every product we create.
