•Lower Cost
Jicheng has masterminded a cutting-edge pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered a state-of-the-art sintering furnace, enhanced by sophisticated temperature field control technology. This innovation skyrockets furnace output by tenfold, slashes the sintering cycle time by half, and chops costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering techniques. Our trailblazing process has been honored with three invention patents.

•High Purity
Pioneers in the industry, we developed an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process technology and produced proprietary powder grinding equipment coupled with advanced grinding media. This enabled us to craft high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an impressive purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This remarkable achievement has earned us two invention patents.

Larger Capacity

Jicheng (JCC) boasts comprehensive production capabilities in protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our annual production capacity includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

We operate 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring robust production strength.
