•Lower Cost
We led the charge in creating an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and developed an advanced sintering furnace with precise temperature field control technology. This cutting-edge development increases the output of a single furnace tenfold, halves the sintering cycle, and slashes costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our trailblazing process has garnered three invention patents.
•High Purity
As innovators, we developed a new nano-boron carbide powder process technology and created proprietary powder grinding equipment with advanced grinding media. This breakthrough allows us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an impressive purity level of up to 99% with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This technological advancement has been awarded two invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) boasts a comprehensive production capacity for protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our annual production capabilities include 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts. Our extensive infrastructure supports a wide range of production requirements.
Our production facilities include 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines. This robust setup allows for efficient and scalable manufacturing.
Quality Control
With 17 years of expertise in advanced ceramics, Jicheng has established an expansive closed-loop quality control system.
