Leading the charge in cost-effective ceramic solutions, we developed an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered our own advanced sintering furnace, featuring a sophisticated temperature field control technology. This cutting-edge process enhances a single furnace's output by a factor of ten, halves the sintering cycle, and slashes costs by more than 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our revolutionary process has been awarded three invention patents.

•High Purity
As pioneers in purity, we invented a groundbreaking nano-boron carbide powder process and developed proprietary powder grinding equipment paired with advanced grinding media. This enables us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder with a remarkable purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our innovation has been honored with two invention patents.

Jicheng (JCC) boasts an unparalleled production capacity for the entire spectrum of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. With an annual production capacity of 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts, we are equipped to meet your most demanding requirements.

Our state-of-the-art facilities include 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring efficient and versatile production.
