•Cost-Effective Solutions
We led the charge in developing an innovative pressureless sintering process for SB4C and engineered our own cutting-edge sintering furnace with advanced temperature field control technology. This breakthrough enhances the output of a single furnace by ten times, halves the sintering cycle, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering. Our trailblazing achievements have been honored with three invention patents.

• High Purity Excellence
As pioneers, we crafted a nano-boron carbide powder process and proprietary grinding equipment with state-of-the-art grinding media. This innovation allows us to produce ultra-pure nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an astounding purity level of up to 99% and a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. We have garnered two invention patents for this technological triumph.

Larger Capacity

Jicheng (JCC) boasts comprehensive production capabilities spanning the entire spectrum of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our annual production capacity includes 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts.

Our infrastructure includes 7 ceramic powder production lines, 8 multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 sintering lines, 5 PE plate pressing lines, 2 PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines.
