This cutting-edge innovation has dramatically increased the output capacity of a single furnace by tenfold, significantly reduced the sintering cycle by half, and slashed production costs by over 60% compared to traditional hot press sintering methods. Our groundbreaking advancements have been recognized with three invention patents, highlighting our leadership in cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

As frontrunners in material technology, we developed a novel nano-boron carbide powder process and created proprietary equipment featuring advanced grinding media. This remarkable advancement enables the production of high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an exceptional purity level of up to 99% with a particle size of D50≤150nm. This technological breakthrough, awarded two invention patents, exemplifies our dedication to delivering superior quality and performance.

We excel in manufacturing high-quality protection ceramics, advanced PE plates, and specialized inserts. Our impressive annual production capabilities include 800 tons of precision-engineered boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of expertly crafted silicon carbide sinters, and 600,000 meticulously designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts. This extensive infrastructure positions us to fulfill a wide array of production demands, ensuring that we meet the most stringent industry standards with unmatched efficiency and versatility.
Our state-of-the-art production facilities are equipped with 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 cutting-edge multi-curved ceramic plate lines, 70 high-capacity sintering lines, 5 dedicated PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 sophisticated hot pressing compositing lines.
