This transformative advancement has culminated in a remarkable 60% reduction in costs compared to conventional hot press sintering techniques, and has been honored with three esteemed invention patents.

At the forefront of innovation, we pioneered a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder process technology and developed proprietary powder grinding equipment paired with advanced grinding media. Our profound expertise has enabled us to manufacture ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an extraordinary purity level of up to 99% and a remarkably fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This groundbreaking accomplishment has been acknowledged with two prestigious invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) proudly stands at the forefront of the protection ceramics industry, showcasing an unparalleled and comprehensive production capacity that fully encompasses the entire protection ceramics chain. This includes our superior PE plates and inserts. With a truly remarkable annual production output, we produce 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and a staggering 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts. Our cutting-edge facilities are a testament to our commitment to excellence and unmatched production capabilities. We operate 7 state-of-the-art ceramic powder production lines, alongside 8 advanced multi-curved ceramic plate lines. Our 70 sintering lines are a significant part of our infrastructure, complemented by 5 dedicated PE plate pressing lines, 2 precision PE plate cutting lines, and 2 sophisticated hot pressing compositing lines.
