We took the lead in engineering a novel pressureless sintering process for SB4C, alongside the creation of our cutting-edge sintering furnace, which features an advanced temperature field control technology. This breakthrough dramatically enhances furnace output by ten times, slashes the sintering cycle by half, and reduces costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our groundbreaking process has garnered three exclusive invention patents.
•High Purity
As innovators, we invented a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder processing technology and crafted bespoke powder grinding equipment, complemented by sophisticated grinding media. This enabled us to produce ultra-high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, reaching a purity level of up to 99% with an impressively fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This remarkable achievement has been recognized with two distinguished invention patents.

Jicheng (JCC) is a leader in the field, renowned for its exceptional capacity to produce a full range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and advanced inserts. Our state-of-the-art facilities empower us to achieve a remarkable annual output, including 800 tons of top-tier boron carbide sinters, 1000 tons of superior silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of expertly crafted multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
Our robust production infrastructure features 7 dynamic ceramic powder production lines, 8 specialized multi-curved ceramic plate lines, an impressive 70 sintering lines, accompanied by 5 precision PE plate pressing lines, 2 cutting-edge PE plate cutting lines, and 2 innovative hot pressing compositing lines.
