With a purity level reaching an impressive 99% and a particle size of D50≤150nm, our achievements are nothing short of revolutionary. Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) stands as a beacon of excellence in the realm of protection ceramics, masterfully managing a full spectrum production capacity. Our prowess extends through the manufacture of PE plates and inserts, delivering an extraordinary annual output. We produce a remarkable 800 tons of boron carbide sinters and 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters. Furthermore, our capabilities are showcased by the production of an astounding 600,000 sets of multi-curved boron carbide inserts, setting industry standards.
We proudly operate 7 high-efficiency ceramic powder production lines, alongside 8 state-of-the-art multi-curved ceramic plate lines. Our 70 sintering lines and 5 precision-driven PE plate pressing lines reflect our cutting-edge technology. Additionally, we maintain 2 advanced PE plate cutting lines and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, ensuring top-tier product quality and innovation.
