Lower Cost
We took the initiative to innovate a unique pressureless sintering process for SB4C, along with engineering our own cutting-edge sintering furnace featuring sophisticated temperature field control technology. This breakthrough massively increased the output of a single furnace by ten times, halved the sintering cycle, and slashed costs by more than 60% when compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our pioneering approach has been recognized with three invention patents, underscoring our dedication to cost-effective and efficient manufacturing processes.

As pioneers in the field, we developed an innovative nano-boron carbide powder process technology and engineered exclusive powder grinding equipment alongside superior grinding media. This advancement enables the production of exceptionally high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an impressive purity level of up to 99% with a fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our commitment to purity and precision has been recognized with two invention patents, showcasing our expertise and leadership in advanced materials science.
