Pioneers in the field, we engineered a sophisticated nano-boron carbide powder process technology and crafted specialized powder grinding equipment along with state-of-the-art grinding media. This innovation enabled us to manufacture nano-boron carbide powder of the highest purity, achieving an astounding 99% purity level with a powder particle size of D50≤150nm. Our excellence in this domain has been honored with two invention patents, setting a new standard in high-purity ceramic material production.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) stands at the pinnacle of excellence with its robust and all-encompassing production capabilities, spanning the full range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and specialized inserts. Our awe-inspiring annual production prowess includes crafting 800 tons of top-tier boron carbide sinters, churning out 1000 tons of high-quality silicon carbide sinters, and delivering a remarkable 600,000 sets of intricately multi-curved boron carbide inserts, all engineered to perfection.
Our state-of-the-art facilities boast 7 dedicated ceramic powder production lines, 8 cutting-edge multi-curved ceramic plate lines, a fleet of 70 advanced sintering lines, alongside 5 precision-driven PE plate pressing lines, 2 high-efficiency PE plate cutting lines, and 2 hot pressing compositing lines, all orchestrated to deliver unmatched quality and innovation.
