•Lower Cost
Leading the charge in innovation, we pioneered a groundbreaking pressureless sintering process for SB4C. Our engineering teams have also designed and created a state-of-the-art sintering furnace featuring sophisticated temperature field control technology. This ingenious advancement exponentially increases the output of a single furnace by ten times, cuts the sintering cycle in half, and slashes costs by over 60% compared to conventional hot press sintering methods. Our remarkable process has been lauded by earning us three prestigious invention patents.
•High Purity
As innovators in the field, we developed a cutting-edge nano-boron carbide powder process technology and engineered proprietary powder grinding equipment complemented by advanced grinding media. This technological leap enables us to produce high-purity nano-boron carbide powder, achieving an exceptional purity level of up to 99% with an impressively fine powder particle size of D50≤150nm. This remarkable achievement has been recognized with two significant invention patents.
Larger Capacity
Jicheng (JCC) shines with a truly remarkable and all-encompassing production capability that covers the entire range of protection ceramics, PE plates, and inserts. Our extraordinary annual production prowess includes an impressive 800 tons of boron carbide sinters, a substantial 1000 tons of silicon carbide sinters, and an astounding 600,000 sets of intricately designed multi-curved boron carbide inserts.
We proudly operate an expansive suite of manufacturing lines, comprising 7 advanced ceramic powder production lines, 8 sophisticated multi-curved ceramic plate lines, an impressive 70 sintering lines, 5 dedicated PE plate pressing lines, 2 precise PE plate cutting lines, and 2 innovative hot pressing compositing lines.
